What you eat becomes who you are. Proper nutrition provides the building blocks your brain and body need to function, heal, and thrive.
Your body is constantly rebuilding itself—every cell, every tissue, every organ depends on the raw materials you provide through food. When those materials are lacking or out of balance, your body can't function optimally.
The biochemical system looks at how nutrition, digestion, and metabolism affect your brain function, energy levels, mood, and overall health. Often, chronic symptoms have nutritional roots that go unaddressed.
Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA) is a precise reflex testing system that helps us uncover nutritional imbalances and identify exactly what your body needs to restore optimal function.
Unlike standard nutritional assessments that rely solely on blood work or dietary history, CRA uses the body's own neurological reflexes to evaluate organ function, nutritional deficiencies, and areas of stress or imbalance. This allows us to create highly targeted, individualized nutritional protocols.
During a CRA assessment, Dr. Powell tests specific reflex points that correspond to different organs, glands, and systems in your body. When a reflex tests weak, it indicates an imbalance or deficiency in that area. We then use nutrition—through whole food supplements and dietary changes—to support and strengthen those weak areas.
CRA is particularly effective for identifying hidden nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities, and biochemical imbalances that may not show up on standard lab tests but are contributing to your symptoms.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all diets. Instead, we assess your unique biochemistry and create targeted nutritional strategies to address your specific needs.
